Plockton Shores makes excellent use of its postcode. West Coast seafood (langoustines, mussels, local fish) in a small room with waterfront views over Loch Carron. It's the kind of restaurant that gets better in the memory.
Book ahead; there are not many covers and people travel specifically for this. Pair with a seal boat trip for a full Plockton day.
