The Quayside Market runs every Sunday along the riverfront between the Tyne Bridge and the Millennium Bridge, antiques, vintage clothing, prints, and a run of street food stalls on the riverside walk. The setting, with the bridges overhead and the Sage and BALTIC visible across the water, is the best open-air market backdrop in the north of England.
The antique section contains genuine finds alongside the usual market fare. The street food is consistent and priced for the city rather than a tourist premium. Best from 10am to 1pm.
