Dreamland is the rare heritage amusement park that's been given a creative restoration rather than a corporate one. The rides are vintage and brilliantly characterful, the whole site has the slightly-faded-glory aesthetic that Margate wears so well, and it photographs beautifully from almost every angle.
It's a legitimate day out that also happens to be one of the most visually distinctive places in England. Go in summer, buy the wristband, stay all day.
