The Seven Sisters is England's answer to the Cliffs of Moher, a succession of dazzling white chalk peaks above the English Channel that looks almost impossibly good in every photograph. The walk from Cuckmere Haven along the clifftop is one of the best coastal routes in the country.
About 45 minutes from Brighton by bus. Go on a clear morning for the light, pack something to eat, and walk the full stretch if your legs allow it. One of England's genuinely spectacular free experiences.
