Dewar's Distillery has been producing single malt on the banks of the Tay since 1898. The tour is thorough and the setting is handsome, the warehouse and still rooms are the kind of industrial space that photographs extremely well.
Tastings include the Aberfeldy single malt that underpins the Dewar's blends. The visitor centre is well-designed. Book ahead in summer.
