The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is a National Trail running 186 miles from Amroth in the south to Poppit Sands in the north, covering virtually the entire Pembrokeshire coastline. The full route takes 10–14 days; most people walk sections. The most dramatic sections are the south coast between Tenby and Stackpole (including Barafundle), and the far west between St Govan's Chapel and Marloes.
No special equipment is needed beyond good footwear and appropriate clothing for coastal weather. The path is well-marked and freely accessible throughout. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path Association website has detailed section guides and bus connections for linear walks.
