Dylan's on West Shore has earned its following honestly, a waterfront restaurant with views over the Conwy estuary and a menu that leans into Welsh seafood and local produce without being heavy-handed about it. The mussels and fish dishes are reliably excellent.
Booking is strongly advised, particularly at sunset. The position on the quieter West Shore side makes it feel like a find even though it's well-known. One of North Wales's best restaurant experiences.
