Loch Morlich shouldn't exist. A proper sandy beach lapped by clear water, backed by Scots pine and Cairngorm peaks, it looks exported from British Columbia. In summer, it gets busy for exactly this reason.
Paddleboarding and kayak hire make it more than a viewpoint. On a clear day, the Cairngorms reflecting in the water are the cleanest phone screensaver you'll ever take.
