Bacareto is Cardiff's answer to a proper European small-plates wine bar, all gorgeous tilework, warm lighting and a menu that makes you want to order everything. It photographs beautifully, but it earns its following on taste.
Church Street is an underrated spot in the city centre, and this is its anchor. Go for a slow evening with someone worth impressing.
